Tequila Kiwi Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Suavecito Blanco Tequila
- 1 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 1 TBS Granulated Sugar (or substitute with Agave Nectar)
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Club Soda, chilled (or more to taste)
Directions
Begin by muddling the kiwi slices, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker or a large mixing glass.
Once the kiwi has released its juice, add the mint leaves and gently muddle them to release their flavor without completely crushing them.
Next, add Suavecito Blanco Tequila and a handful of ice to the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, or until the shaker is very cold.
Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice, and top it off with chilled club soda to your liking.
Garnish with additional kiwi slices and a lemon wedge for an extra flair.
