Ginger Mint Paloma
Ingredients
- 2 oz Suavecito Reposado Tequila
- 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
Directions
Begin by muddling the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker to release their essence.
Combine the muddled mint with Suavecito Reposado Tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds to chill and combine the flavors. Fine strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and a sprig of mint for a finishing touch.
